Precast Foundation Walls - 2 hours

Precast foundation walls have been in production since the late 1980’s but are only recently picking up traction in residential application. This green-built alternative uses 70% less concrete than poured walls. Many advantages have led to increasing popularity. We journey from the manufacturing process to the build site, exploring performance benefits and limitations.

Structural Insulated Panels - 2 hours

Why stick to the past when we have better options? More builders are saying that SIPs are better for exterior walls than traditional stud framing. They’re stronger, require less labor, reduce time before dry-in, and have many benefits for clients.

Passive Building - 2 hours

The most advanced building technology for efficiency is known as passive building, which uses a fraction of the energy to heat and cool compared to conventional construction. All this can be done with minimal to no increased construction cost.
