Description
Sooner or later every contractor encounters a customer who is a victim of flooding. Recent storms in the southeast have been devastating. Whether from a busted pipe or heavy rains, water causes damage fast. The need for a quick response coupled with insurance adjusters’ low values complicate this already stressful project.
This course will focus on insurance negotiations. Adjustor reports are often missing essential items and require careful negotiation. We will also discuss damage evaluation, dry times, classes of water damage, how to work with your clients to maximize insurance payouts, and how to make sure your company gets paid fairly for all this work.
